Youth Technology Corps born in 1998 in the basement of Morton East High School created an environment where personal growth and societal reform could be bound together by engaging teens as allies in solving the problems exacerbated by the digital divide and the lack of interest in STEM education.

We have defined our Three Pillars as YTC;

Leads, Connects, and Educates

in order to break down our approach to creating equity

in a challenged system.

Exciting News from YTC Robotics!

Youth Technology Corps is holding the 4th virtual robotics camp that will be held from June 26, 2023, to July 28, 2023. The camp aims to provide education in robotics to students from diverse backgrounds. Robotics involves the design, construction, operation, and use of robots. The purpose of robotics is to create machines that can aid and help humans.

The Summer Robotics Camp is an annual initiative organized by YTC, and last year, we expanded  the camp to a national level, partnering with various organizations across the United States. We believe in providing equal educational opportunities to all students, irrespective of their financial situations. Therefore, the camp is offered free of charge to all participants. Our goal is to promote curiosity, exploration, and learning in the field of robotics.

A YTC CLUB is so much bigger than a group of teens meeting after school. It is a movement, an idea thirty years in the making. A YTC CLUB is an engine of democracy for both access to technology and education. We donate locally and globally as well as Educate without Borders by creating the leaders of tomorrow with a STEM curriculum focused on Social Justice.
