    On Thursday, February 6th, students from Morton East and SBTA#173 in Durango held their first 2020 webinar. These two groups of YTC students are collaborating on Arduino robotics projects.

    The YTC Clubs at Evanston High School, Evanston, IL & Morton East High School in Cicero, IL, donated 10 desktop computers to Telebachillerato Comunitario El Gato de Arriba, Tepehuanes, Durango Mexico. YTC students have been donating computers to the schools and communities in Durango since 2000. Since that time, our students have donated more than 2500 computers to the people of Durango

  • ETHS YTC Donates to Families Through School for Little Children Preschool

    Evanston Township High School YTC student reached out to the School for Little Children Preschool in Evanston, IL and arranged a donation of four desktop computers to the families of the children attending the school needing a computer.

  • Computers Arrive in Durango

    The Morton East YTC students donated 10 desktop computers to Secundaria Tec. #62 in Durango, Durango, Mexico. These computers will be used to create a new computer lab.

    On September 7th, YTC Chairman Mark Engel and students Gus Ortiz and Hamza Herbawi presented a Laptop to 5 Patrick Lives On recipients at their annual fundraiser at the Chop Shop.

  • YTC Summer Tech Camp 2019

    This year Youth Technology Corps had the opportunity to hold our annual summer tech camp at the beautiful City Kids Camp in Lewistown, IL. In addition to participating in the various exciting outdoor activities that the camp hosted, YTC hosted some STEM activities of their own. Check out some of the highlights!

  • Morton East Helps Engelwood

    Morton East High School students donated ten laptops to the Greater Engelwood Development Corporation (GEDC) in Chicago, IL benefitting GEDC's Americore VISTA Project and their Engelwood Youth Tech Program. These laptops will help the VISTA Project assisting anti-poverty groups, teens and young adults.
